        We loved it. Amazing view, huge balcony (8th fl) facing a park. Spacious room, and bath. Nice amenities. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast too. Safe street for walking, lots of restaurants to choose from. Would def stay again.

        A fine overall experience. For the price you pay, it’s great. However, do not expect anything like a W hotel in the US. This hotel has four, yes four, separate elevator banks that take you to different things/parts of the hotel. Very confusing. The biggest disappointment was the upkeep of the rooms. Again, for the price, the room was large and mostly clean with an amazing patio. But, this isn’t W standards in the US by any means. The service staff were nice and helpful and the security seemed good.

        Pretty bad. The service is horrible. If you ask for room service, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Also the housekeeping is horrible. 2 shampoos instead of soap. No refill of the bar, seems they forgot. They dont clean up dirty dishes or give new glasses everyday. Concierge is lazy and doesn’t help with anyone questions you have. The pool is great, but have only 4 shades for all the guests. Everyone here was pretty irritated about that as not enough seats or shades. Would not recommend!

        Unfortunately, a birthday group trip was mired with racist behavior my some of the staff. A group of 15 (traveling from the US) was trying to make it to the roof around 9pm, where there was a party going on, on the top level. The bottom level of the roof was still open. Friends had already gone up to secure a section for our group, and succeeded. However, when the rest of our group (made up of African Americans) tried to access the rooftop we were stopped by a man named Juan Pablo (a server at an adjacent restaurant) he accosted us and told us the roof was reserved. We calmly explained the situation, but he was as adamant that “we” were not allowed. He then began speaking Spanish the other staff telling them “we were not allowed in the building, or on the roof no matter what”. He then proceeded to use a slur about us to the elevator operator, who then became implicit in Juan Pablo’s discrimination. We are a group of doctors and lawyers who live in large cities in the US, we certainly have had our fair share discrimination. But to be accosted that way and had slurs in Spanish mentioned about us because how could a group of African Americans understand Spanish? Beware of this location and moreover beware of Juan Pablo. The manger eventually came out and offered us a resolution, she was very nice. However, we can’t forget being lied to, accosted and treated like we were second class citizens by employees of that hotel. Unfortunate

        Beautiful hotel. Walking distance of many nice restaurants, largest mall in South America, and to just go out for a nice safe walk. Nice pool on roof top (21st floor) with great views with a bar and food.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
