If you just want a bed it delivers, barely. But if you want a clean room, staff on site, customer service. Avoid. Room was filthy, told the owner over the phone, that I wanted a refund. He said sorry no refund. Couldn't see what my issue was. Stains over the vents, grime in the bathtub, stains on the ceiling. Some stains looked like mold, others like someone tried to burn the place down. Rang the booking agent to get a refund but they need the owners permission, unsurprisingly, the owners were not answering their phone.

The map shows that it is in the middle of the road, so it is difficult to find it. It is not really Sunway Hotel.

Stayed here for 5 days. Lot of activity can be done. Ice skating, movies, water theme park was awesome. I recommend people who seek for short vacation trip to here.. local food shop around just walking distance. You also can use grab food to order durian for door delivery to your hotel. Room furniture old style.. staff hotel refuse to give room with Park view. Car parking not free. You have to pay rm10. Overall I give 3 star for hotel.. 4 star for location

Poor maintenance on the room and was dirty and dusty. Room suitable for short time use There is no check in reception and when I went to B1 I was directed to Resort Suites counter. The staff told me this is the place but run by 2 separate management. He didn't tell me what to do next. Than a guy from under the staircase came out to greet me and took me up to my room. We did the registration in the room. This is not a proper studio arrangement.

There is no proper counter as reception, we gave a phone call, a bangla show up claiming he was the receptionist. We was brought up to the room floor, found out thag the room was extremely old and dirty. So we asked if there's any other cleaner room. His reaction was rude, and couldnt speak proper English. So we call the phone number as per written on email again, the voice sounds like another bangla over the call, and we tell him the story of request a room change, they both appeared at the room door after several minute and react like a samseng. For the sake of my childrens' safety, I've decided to forfeit the deposit I paid. We walk off and leave the premise. It was a terrible experience. I've chosen to stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel (4 stars) at the end, as the price is reasonable too. Eg, W studio charge RM220 per room per night for 2 pax. (Queen bed), I have 4 pax so means 2 room, total = 440/night. BUT SPH Deluxe Executive Room = 460 (King bed) and I requested extra bed by adding RM 123. Total = 583/night. (breakfast included, no need bangla serve you, cleaner, ideal for toddler, and free parking.) Slightly more expensive a bit but what we receive is MORE.
