I liked that the room was spacious and the bed was low to stay with my baby. The bathroom is a little small, but it's not that small considering that it's a hotel in Tokyo. It's quiet because there are no bars nearby, but there are marts, bakeries, and subway stations on foot, so I'm satisfied with the location. I asked for a call in Japanese because I left something at Roppongi restaurant in the evening, and they responded very kindly. I also enjoyed the snacks you gave me for Christmas. Thank you. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year.

Wonderful family owned Japanese style Western hotel. Less than 10 minute walk to two different train stations. I wish I stayed here when I arrived in Tokyo - this is my favorite stay of 6 different hotels. Close to many food options, supermarket, combini and laundromat. Quiet neighborhood. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this Japanese-styled hotel. The rooms are spacious, and we were lucky enough to reserve one that features the traditional Japanese style, complete with futons and tatami mats. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful, always eager to assist in any way they can. The service, too, is outstanding: towels are replaced every day, and the room is thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. It's these little touches that make a stay here so comfortable and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, luxurious stay. The meticulous attention to detail, the welcoming atmosphere, and the high standards of service make it a standout option. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

This is an excellent place to stay in Tokyo. The rooms are very clean, the staff are the nicest people I've ever met. Near the hotel there is a Family Mart and laundry for your late night snack of washing. The hotel itself is in a very quiet place in arakawa and 10 min from Nippori station. The Yamanote line running through this station can get you to almost every major station in Tokyo, so this is a great place from which you can easily explore the vast majority of the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
