I stay 2 night at this hotel, on second day that was my wife her birthday, hotel staff noticed when we checked in with our ID, then surprisingly we received their birthday greeting card and birthday cake

It might be an older hotel but it is always well taken care of, the rooms are cleaned. The morning breakfast is not that fancy but it's enough to get by. The rooms are super quiet, massive bathrooms! They are a bit dated but they are functional and clean. The front desk staff are very kind and polite. The parking staff are nice and they take your car and bring it back for you within 5 minutes. I've stayed here numerous times and always request the same room.

My wife found this place and its in a very convenient location. Close to all location at least for us. Hotel has a wonderful breakfast it's really more than I expected. Rooms are a little old style cheezy historical mix of granite and wooden furniture, but it looks like they are upgrading the day I left. So if your going to reserve a room anytime soon I would call ahead and ask if the conditions are right for a quiet stay. Other wise look out for a hard morning of pounding. To give credit were it is deserved, the front desk did warn us the evening before.. If construction is finished I would definitely stay here!

4~5 star staff service at 3 star hotel. (Most of the staffs are enthusiastic & friendly though they are not trained as formal butlers) Pricing matches room space, hotel design and the building construction age. ** What bothers me is the smell of cigarette ** of almost every floor, even rooms... The percentage to stay at a room with smoke smell is over 70% which is high comparing to other hotels. It's not allowed to smoke in the WHOLE building of hotels in Taiwan. Courtesy of following rules is key to keep up the quality of your stay.

The room is spacious and the staffs are friendly However, the room itself has this humid moldy smell or smoking smell (even this is a non-smoking hotel), although we had changed room and have two humidifiers in the room, it couldn't get rid of the smells. The facility is rusty and old. The worst part was we had bed bug bites occurred during the stay. My husband noticed some itching around the arms, we thought it was some allergic reaction. Since it takes a few days for symptoms of bed bugs to develop, we weren't sure until we checked out of the hotel where the bites become noticeable red, swollen and itchy. I requested a refund, and both hotel and Expedia denied due to policy. I understand Expedia cannot guarantee the condition of a hotel, but policy surely cannot apply when a hotel presents a health risk. Please note that this experience has led to stress and sleep disturbance for my family. I suggest when check in to this hotel check for bed bug before you actual stay at the property. We will never come back to this hotel, especially traveling a toddler.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
