This is our second stay here we were impressed by the up to date new bathrooms in the lagoon wing, the cost is affordable - provides comfortable beds and close access to Sylvia park (2min) and the airport (20 min). We had young children in our group and we really appreciated the restaurants above and beyond care of them. All enjoyed the pool my one improvement would be a hotter adult spa pool would have topped off an awesome stay.

Wow what a great place to stay, very clean and fresh rooms, good views, easy to go for a wonder around the basin. Nice bar. Super good location for concerts at Mt Smart and Sylvia Park shopping. Very good buffer breakfast.

Great location and grounds. King size bed was cozy. Complementary Nespresso was nice. Couldn’t charge meals to room as we paid via debit card. Required a $200 security deposit, which seemed pointless and over the top. King sized suite was tired & in need of basic maintenance. Pre ordered breakfast via the door hanger provided. Never arrived & then kitchen wouldn’t answer phone. Disappointing for the money spent.

The room was very big and cosy for my little family. We checked in a little bit earlier and was able to go to the room as soon as we checked in. Everything was wonderful and had great service from staff members the gym was wonderful along with the swimming pool and spa. Food was very enjoyable for me but my partner wasn't as fond but that's just him being picky. Thank you waipuna for having us.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
