My husband and I have been here a couple of times to use the pool and beach. The service, drinks and food have been great both times. The adult pool area is brilliant! We had Salil serving us today, superb service. Thanks so much, we will be back again soon!

We had a lovely stay at the Waldorf. The staff were great, specially Sasi who was very attentive at the pool. We had some hiccups with the rooms setup for my mom’s birthday and we got locked out of our room for a bit due to the keypad running out of battery. The issues were dealt with relatively smoothly though. The food is AMAZING and the hotel itself is SPLENDID though so worth the stay :)

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the private beach at Waldorf, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. This beach is a perfect blend to all preferences. The food and drinks are delicious. Moreover, the staff at Waldorf’s beach were exceptional. I must highlight the outstanding service provided by Denis, Kumar, and Nadick. They were very friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met.

I have been to this hotel numerous time and not because the hotel is so amazing ( which it is ) but it’s the staff, especially by the pool, they are the nicest kindest people who go out of there way to help you. Also in the lounge, especially the manager, she’s amazing and we would come back time and time again to see her. Waldorf Astoria Dubai has the best staff !!!!!!

Had an amazing few days here at WA Dubai Palm Jumeira. Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived to the time we left. The team are so attentive. Room is spacious. Pool and beach are great, we spent each morning at the pool/beach prior to heading into the city/mall to explore. Breakfast, so much choice. The team remembers your coffee so no need to repeat each morning. :) Location is far from Dubai Mall but if you are there for relaxation it is a great location. However the hotel shuttle to the malls is good. Jump on and you're there in 30mins and they do return trips too from the mall. The shuttle takes you to Atlantis where the water park is located if you have kids with you. Overall, great experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
