Our stay at the Shanghai Waldorf Astoria was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's warmth and hospitality enveloped us, making us feel right at home, even in a different country. One highlight was meeting the Area Manager, Brian, whose genuine kindness and attention to guests truly made our stay memorable. Brian's thoughtful gesture of allowing my children to use the hotel piano added an extra layer of joy to our visit. His presence, constantly working on the ground floor, exemplified the hands-on approach and dedication of the staff. The hotel's Christmas village was a true spectacle. It brought a delightful Western touch to our stay, something particularly appreciated as discerning American travelers. The attention to detail and festive atmosphere amplified our holiday spirit. As a family, finding a place that caters to our specific needs can be a challenge when traveling abroad. However, the Shanghai Waldorf Astoria seamlessly addressed those concerns, providing an atmosphere that transcended cultural differences. The ease of transition and the way common challenges were effortlessly managed made our stay truly remarkable. Overall, this establishment epitomizes the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and an understanding of international travelers' needs. Our heartfelt thanks to the staff and management for creating an experience that felt like a home away from home.

Just stay here. Great service from stepping out of the taxi. All the luggages are well stored and delivered to room. Check in is smooth and got an upgrade. The room offers great view and all hardwares are maintained pretty decent.

Was having my office party at Diplomat Hall. In general foods were good. Picked up the tomato soup, it looks delicious but turned out it was still freaking hot, burnt my tongue after first spoon. Ruin the rest of my meal for the evening.

This is a nice hotel to stay in The Bund. Staff is nice and the breakfast at Grand Brasserie is very good. Rooms are super with great views.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
