January 18 to 23, 2024 The place is good and peaceful. We just had some issues with the AC, but the staff are polite and responsive. We're allowed to dry our clothes on the rooftop. The lobby is clean and nice. The hotel is only approximately a 5-minute walk away from the beach. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is that, even though it's smoke-free inside the building, the staff are smokers themselves, and they smoke just in front of the building. Although there are also "no smoking" signs allong the way (only one way in and out), people still smoke. I hope that the LGU will notice the area.

I stayed there with my family. The room is just fine good deal for the price. Its clean. Cr with bidet but no hot and cold. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is yummy. If you are budgetarian traveler or you are not picky on accomodation. Walds is a choice. It s in the middle part of station 2 and 3. Everything is accessible. It is located in a compound area but it s okay.

I cant complain too much because we got it for a promo rate of 920 pesos, but this hotel isn't that good. The bathroom had mold in it, the water smelled bad, the Aircon was very loud, and the pillows were lumpy. Also, we were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The service was friendly and it is on a quiet side street 150 meters walk from the beach.

affordable rooms with aircon for 4pax with free breakfast, for coffee you just have to add a 20 pesos. no smoking or vaping they will charge you PHP 5,000 but you can outside the place. check ins is at 2pm but they have early check in fee cost PHP 300 per hour and check out is 12:00 noon plus outside the hotel there are tricycles 150 for 4.

The place is near Station 2 and the rooms are affordable. The staff are very friendly too. They also served sumptous breakfast meal for only 110 pesos.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
