This hotel is in a great location. Reception and cleaning lady was lovely. There was a lady in the restaurant, who appeared to be a supervisor, who was rather gruff and rude. We only went there for breakfast, which was included. It was very poor. We stayed 4 nights and it didn't matter what time you ate, the food was sparse and we had to keep asking for things. The fruit was great, but again, we had to ask. The croissants were awful. I also found there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel lobby and some of the room corridors. I don't smoke and am asthmatic so I really struggled with it. Would I stay here again? No. It was part of a package I'd booked with Railbookers and a couple of their hotel choices have been questionable.

Stayed here for two nights. Located next to Luzern main train station and 5 minutes walk to the boat / ferry station (for those taking excursions etc). Rooms facing front of hotel are a bit noisy due to the location of the hotel. During my stay, upon request, I was moved by Nadim (at reception) to a room facing the courtyard. Newly renovated beautiful room. Super quiet (room 5002). Laura and Nadim at reception both were super helpful and courteous. There is a restaurant within the hotel which I didn’t try. McDonald’s, Burger King and a super market all literally across the street along with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would give this hotel a 10+ for the location. Had a great comfortable stay at this property. Special THANK YOU to Nadim at reception for the awesome room upgrade!

Room was clean and efficient. Location close to train station and old town was outstanding. Helpful staff. Overall good experience.

This hotel was conveniently located right near the train station and easy walking distance to restaurants and other shops, however it was on a really busy, loud city street so we couldn't leave the windows open at night like we could everywhere else. (We almost always slept with the windows/balcony doors open to cool the rooms off at night since there was no A/C).

This hotel is not a quality hotel despite the price, I booked a premium room for my husband and I and we had a very uncomfortable night with no air conditioning and the noise of load music from across the road. The bathroom had a bad odor and the furniture and furnishings were very dated, altogether bad value for money and not recommended despite the convenient location.
