DO NOT STAY HERE as tempting as price and location may be. Black mold everywhere. Flooring tiles separating. Flooring about to break through as you step on it. Random flooring tiles scattered to probably help people think the floor wasn’t going to cave in. Dirty walls, floor, and everything. We checked in and left for a much nicer hotel within 20 minutes. Reception was friendly but said they couldn’t do anything in terms of refund anything for the 2 nights we had planned here. They offered a second room which was a tad cleaner (as they mysteriously started to clean up), but it still had black mold. This hotel should be condemned and legal action may be taken against them if they don’t find a way to refund us.

Perhaps the best location for an accomodation outside the touristy area of Taipei. This hotel is located at a very convenient and vibrant community where you can immerse yourselves together with the locals. Even taking a train to Taipei Bridge station is a breeze. I seriously don't know where the hate from the hotel comes from aside from the smell of cigarette downstairs, the room we chose is humongous and the hotel is only beside a bus hailing area that can go directly to Ximending. Food and medicines are available just outside the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel for the non-sensitive tourists and those who appreciate immersing themselves with the locals.

The room is fine but we found the floor was sticky and wet (might be from the recent cleaning). The ceiling was weird (as the picture). Breakfast (and the dining room) was terrible. Reception was quite good and helpful. The distance to MRT took 10 mins. 7-11 next to the hotel. Compared to the price we booked (quite high) we would give this hotel a 3 star rating.

Don't choose this hotel if you can. The room is small, bathroom tiles are those that can scratch you if you're not careful. As there's nightclub below, there's heavy police presence in the vacinity during the night. The service at the reception was helpful whenever we approached them. There's eatery and shops within walkable distance from the hotel. But I won't wanna stay here again if I had a choice. Don't trust the pictures of the room it advertised. It's not true at all

I would give this place a zero star if I could. I can not even comprehend how they got 3 start to begin with. First of all, the room is disarray and filthy! We booked for 3 nights but decided to check out after a night. The smell of cigarette in the room was very overwhelming in addition to rusty smelt water when showering! Wifi was not working. The staff casually said wifi was not working for the day and not even bother to tell you when you checked in. No solution offered. Blood stained bed sheet, no window, yellow stained wall, dirt in every corner of the room and please do not bother about the breakfast. Food stains on the table clothes would surely take your appetite away. I do not understand how they are still operating as it screams “health and safety hazards”!! Please avoid this place at all cost.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
