Recently, we stayed at Wame Suit Hotel and also that was a good experience. The best part of a hotel is the staff who are really friendly and kind( Akif and all others ), they also know English and that's helpful. It is a well situated and a clean hotel with an affordable value. I recommend Wame Suit Hotel.

I highly recommend Wame suite Hotel for anyone visiting şi̇şli̇. We had a wonderful experience at this place. Every staff member we encountered, from the check- in to the restaurant staff were delightful and eager to help! The location was PERFECT to walk to dinner, check out a couple of stores and galleries. Special thanks to staff members and manager (Murad,Akif, Edris and Mohammed ) Thank you so much for your welcoming attitude and hospitality! hope to see you again soon!

I recently stayed at Wame Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff (Idriss, Akif and Murad) were EXCELLENT and provided exceptional service and hospitality throughout my stay. Here is my review: * Excellent Location: The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and tourist sites. * Service: The staff ( Idriss, Akif and Murad) were all super friendly and helpful.They provided personalized and attentive service that made me feel welcome and valued. * Comfort: The room was very comfortable and had all the conveniences I could hope for. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. * Value: The hotel provided good value for the money, and I felt that I got more than what I paid for. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others. I want to thank Idriss, Akif and Murad so so much for their excellent service and hospitality, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

These pictures were taken on the day of arrival. The owner of the hotel blackmailed my family because they gave an honest review to help them improve the hotel. He is very rude in the way he speaks to paying customers, who are unhappy with the quality of hospitality received. I gave a 2-star rating on service because of the staff that work there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
