A small hotel located in a quiet residential area. The design makes use of the land of the townhouse, and it is very deep. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the station and bus stop, and the road in front of the hotel is a one-way street from Shijo to Gojo, making it difficult to get there on foot or by taxi. There are also convenience stores along the main street, so it's a bit of a walk. The room was still new and easy to use, and there were plenty of amenities so I didn't have any problems. The cypress bath is also quite nice. If you choose the girls' party plan, you will receive a souvenir of incense, check out at 12:00, and store your luggage. Unfortunately, the carry service is not available. When I used it, it was around 3000 yen using GoTo even though it was a three-day holiday! Even the list price is less than 10,000 yen, If you can deal with the location, this is a recommended accommodation.

ㆍLocation: Personally, I think that the location of the accommodation is the most important when traveling. It's a bit disappointing that you have to walk more than 10 minutes from Kawaramachi Station. The road is bumpy so it is a bit difficult to drag the suitcase. There is a bus stop nearby, a 5-minute walk away, but Kyoto buses are crowded and narrow. ㆍRoom interior: As of January 2020, it appears to be very new as it was recently constructed. It is clean and the bathroom is made of wood and is elegant. However, there is a little white powder coming out of the wall. It didn't bother me that much. ㆍService (best) ㅡResponse: (We recommend using Papago rather than English.) They were very friendly and waiting in the lobby 24 hours a day, which was very convenient. ㅡBreakfast: (I went for a price that included breakfast.) Although I didn't prepare it myself, I thought they put a lot of effort into it when I saw it being served. ㅡDaily necessities: Water and towel refills are free, but if you refuse cleaning, you will have to get towels separately. ㅡLaundry: There is no washing machine! There is a coin laundry a 5-minute walk away (next to the bus stop). ㆍPrice: I didn't know the basic price because I made the reservation through a hotel reservation site, but the price I reserved felt very cheap. I want to give it 4.5 stars, but I can't give it 0.5. However, I would have given it a 4, but the service was so good that I gave it a 5.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
