Value for money,convenient location 10 mins from wanstead metro station,30 mins from city centre. The room was a bit small and not the cleanest i have been,but it had a modern bathroom,daily cleaning service and everything was functional. Towels were changed every day and the receptionist was helpful.

The location was fantastic, the closest tube station is about an 8 minute walk away. A huge Tesco Superstore is also just about 5 minutes walk away. Free parking at the hotel. Spacious room. Quiet. The owner/receptionist was very friendly. But... The price was £100 per night. It was a triple room though, so if you came with 3 people it's a fair price for the location. But for £100 per night, we would expect there to be at least some toiletries. No shower gel, no shampoo, nothing. People who came after us got a tour through the entire hotel and we just got sent off to our room. It would have been nice to know there was a microwave or cutlery. The duvet cover had big brown stains on and it was dusty everywhere. We had a kettle and tea/coffee station but no spoons. The only light in the room was the huge ceiling light. A nightlight would have been good. The shower was spacious, but not in good shape. It had water stains everywhere. The toilet seat was wobbly and the tap as well. It almost seemed like as if the room wasn't properly cleaned after the last guests, as there was a £1 coin fairly visible on the floor and as I said before, everything was dusty. The bedside tables didn't seem cleaned. The entire hotel smelled of smoke, even though it claimed to be a smokefree hotel. I don't really understand the mostly positive reviews, maybe we were just unlucky with our room. It wasn't disgusting, but for £100 one would expect a bit more. I stayed in better hotels for way less. But it is London I guess.

Staid on 28th of April rooms very nice and clean looks as New.comfy beds we had 3 singles the only thing was dissapointed was the look from outside was the curtains hanging of but don't let that put you off as when you go in side was totally different look so must be rooms that do not get used as it looks like it's a new build very clean I would stay again if need be .and missing a breakfast. Thank you for the stay.

Nice place to stay for the price paid, clean and fresh house-keeping done daily is very quiet on the premises however 4 star for its location, road traffic noise, bed wasn’t too comfortable and the kettle & iron was unusable. Overall I would stay here again because I was very happy generally free parking was a treat for London too. Thanks again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
