Amazing customer service!!! Friendly front desk and super helpful! My friend accidentally dropped the keys in the little crack between the elevator and the staff immediately was on it. Took less than 20min to recover. The hotel room was also pretty clean and had fresh towels. The view from the room is cute considering the homeless outside. But no one bothered us, we were a group of 4 girls walking around dressed as fairy’s for Halloween and didn’t get weird vibes from anyone! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Ok so...the hotel is old and smells weird especially the rooms. The bed had a big lean on one side so it would suck for a couple. The staff are very friendly and helpful but that does not really make up for it. Furniture is old and dirty so another let down. I was in a room with the shared bathroom and they where very clean and nice. Good water pressure and hot. While I am still sticking with my one star I would stay here again as long as the cheap prices were on.

Absolutely disgusting. Room was so dirty I had to be moved. Someone was smoking heroin in the front of the hotel. I later found a vial full of heroin that I gave to the front desk. The lady was completely unfazed and couldn’t care less. The rooms were tiny and had no heat except a portable heater. Do not stay unless this kind of thing is for you.

This hotel is located in the most dangerous area. We could not go outside at night, and if we had to come back to hotel at night, we had to use uber to right in front of the hotel. There are lots of homelesses in the street. The view from the hotel is homeless view. There were many cockroaches in the room, so we asked for a room change since the manager said they couldn't refund at all.

Upon reading previous reviews I still decided to stay here because I’ll try anything once. And I can personally say that all the people complaining about the bathroom or the rooms not being what they wanted. What did you really expect? You get what you pay for in life. If you thought the bathroom was bad why didn’t you get a private bathroom, cause mine was fine. If your room was sub par, what did you expect for less than a $100 a nite. I personally have no complaints about this place and actually like the vintage look and most of all the vintage elevator I think that’s the best parts about this place. Including the service you guys were great thank you for always accommodating me.
