Stayed here as part of a tour group. Clean and updated hotel with good breakfast buffet. There's a free shuttle service that takes you to the Laurentina metro station. From there you can easily take a metro into the city center. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Rome.

Rooms were good with a lovely view. Disability friendly. Shame there is no shops/ restraunt near by except their own restraunt but they do let you do Deliveroo/ just eat. The free shuttle bus the hotel provided is a great addition. When going for breakfast the strawberry tart did not have a pie slicer with it so we had to improvise to get it where as people who had took a slice before me it looked like they used something else to get a slice. There were other breakfast items close to the tart that had nuts/ other allergies in so if someone had touched it it would not be good. However, they had a good gluten free range from corn flakes to crackers.

Absolutely terrible. Pictures they have around websites are old at least 20 years. The hotel is extremely tired and so are whoever runs it. Never again!!! They Don't care about customer satisfaction. They never heard about the all concept.!!!! ....

Looking outside not that nice but all staff are very friendly, the room is ok location is good anyway every go go still have rental car to drive around. This hotel need to remolding.

Very nice place for a 3 star hotel, rooms are clean and food is nice. Great rooftop with good music always playing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
