I spent a week at this hotel whilst on holiday to Chicago. It proved quite adequate for my needs. Its centralized location on the magnificent mile made it ideal for my plans to visit the major museums in Chicago as well as catch a concert at the symphony. If it was not within walking distance, I could easily take the subway or other transport with ease. There were plenty of good restaurants with walking distance, which is good because the hotel's restaurant (M Avenue) was closed the entire length of my stay. I found it a little odd that the hotel did not have a laundering service, so I walked to a dry cleaner nearby to have my coat cleaned. The building itself is beautiful, and I found it convenient that the elevators went straight to the motor lobby on the ground floor. I should also give a shout-out to the staff. The bathroom was STERILE when I checked in and the rest of my room spotless. The front desk folk were very helpful for whatever I needed. The lobby lounge served as an adequate watering hole for my nightcaps as well. Assuming I get another deal like I had this week, I would certainly stay here again.

The location of this hotel is amazing, but wow was the service at the desk bizarre. No matter who I interacted with, the entire experience was off putting. I have never felt unwelcome in a hotel before, and this did it. The rooms are also very small, and if you’re near the elevator it is extremely loud. There’s also no way those beds were queen size. Location was great, but there are other hotels in that area. We were a part of a wedding here and the wedding staff was great, but the desk staff made some rough mistakes that made the weekend rough and bumpy.

The building is a bit old and outdated. Checking in was on the second floor and it was a bit odd to navigate. On top of that NO PARKING-PAY EXTRA $65. No mention of that online. The second star was for the valet. They were awesome people. Please add the parking to the price so that your valets don't get the stink eye. They have nothing to do with the hotels scams.

The service is a five if the front desk staff was more inviting. I did have interactions with multiple staff members and they were all great. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable to a picky mattress guy.

I love that it's less than a quarter mile to the water tower and right off of Michigan Avenue. my room just was not great but I would still recommend this hotel. My family had really good rooms and views. Unfortunately, with being in the city. You do get the ambulance sounds in the evening and people above you.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
