The staff here is exceptionally friendly and attentive. I've stayed here twice now and both visits have been fantastic. The location is phenomenal - half a mile from The White House! The M Club has some really tasty offerings and is available 24/7. Breakfast & Dinner are served at specific times, but you can still come by to snack throughout the day and night. There is a Starbucks in the lobby as well if you need a coffee in the morning! I already have another reservation for later in the year - very excited to come back! :)

We had such a wonderful time here. Was greeted by Marcos right away when we arrived and always had someone checking in, making sure we had what we needed. The room was so nice and the staff within the M club was incredibly hospitable as well. The location was perfect walking distance or close to a metro station if you needed other options. We found our go-to DC hotel—already looking forward to our next trip. Thank you, Marriott Metro Center! Had a wonderful time.

Everything about my stay here has been pleasant. My room was ready before I arrived. Oatmeal cookies at the front desk were a welcome touch after traveling all day. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful. The room and property are clean and well appointed. It’s quiet and peaceful in my room. Located right next to a metro station and lots of quick food options nearby. I plan to stay here again in the future.

The hotel itself is nice, my room was clean and the lobby feels modern. Unfortunately they’re renovating their restaurant so it’s temporarily in an upstairs meeting room. The food is mediocre and overpriced. The cocktails are $18 per drink and absolutely awful. If you want into the M Club, you can only gain access if you’re Bonvoy Platinum, which unrealistic.

Large rooms and quiet hotel. Service was very nice. It was only 10-15 minutes from the airport. There was a cute little spray to use on your pillow to help you sleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
