Well positioned in Century City within walking distance to all facilities. The apartment check in was simple. Our apartment was located at the end of the passage affording us a broader view of the surrounding landscape. A unique and interesting layout with all rooms well appointed. All of the electronic equipment was in good condition and worked well. The furniture and bedding was modern comfortable and relevant to the space within the apartment.

Great place to stay considering the surrounding areas and walking to canal walk, lift access is limited to one working lift, however internally lots of issues, loose curtain rod, broken bin, fleas in bed, doors randomly open, lounge light throws a disco party. Lesson; don't judge a book by it's cover.

Security steal from cars in the underground parking. There is a huge lack of maintenance in the block of flats, elevators consistently broken and electronic doors not working. There is like 0 water pressure ever. The hot water tap takes over 20 minutes to get warm. Constant air bnb guests making really loud noises past midnight with the security guards laughing and being useless. Overall do not recommend staying here, maybe come for air bnb but do not rent it is overpriced garbage find something else. The view is nice but you can see the view for free by walking past.

Apartment close to Canal Walk and that's about it! This place is horrendously noisy. The apartment is completely exposed to noise from people walking to lifts, hooting cars on the main road as well as an echo from the noisy revving cars in the basement/ground floor parking. Absolutely no acoustic protection in the bedroom. Close to Canal Walk taxi pick up spots! Do NOT ever buy/live in this place. Such a waste of money!! Security is plain down silly. The men in security understand NOTHING. They feel like they are right about everything even with photo evidence from residents! Security takes down details of visitors to put into the computer system but require the exact information on every visit after. The traffic lights at this place stop for 5minutes at a time and getting through the traffic at the light can cost you 10-20minutes of travel time. This terrible spot should not be an apartment complex. Brainless placement of the complex shows the absolute greed of the developers!
