I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the million dollar renovations at this facility. Let me tell you, if you're in search of an exceptional quality lifestyle, look no further! Wendy, who was the sales person who helped me was extremely professional. She answered all my questions and had a very calm, welcoming demeanor. I will definitely consider having a family member stay here.

Can’t bill properly. Mgmt doesn’t return calls to the families that have their parents staying at the facility. Father died and continued to be billed wrong. Tried to give notice to move mother out after father died. No one returned calls. Move mother out and they take 3x what was due for last payment and overdraw the account. Try to resolve. Leave messages, mgmt / Rose ignores again. Finally get a New person on the phone who promises to call back and does not. There ya have it. FYI parents were happy at the facility but the billing was always wrong and communication from management was never good. If you put anyone here to live do not do ACH and pay your bills as they come because they will always be wrong. It’s now been 2 months. Oasis credited the previous issue which was good but guess what. They are not taking auto payments again from a dead persons bank account. This is horrible. Never pay this place with ACH. Never!!!

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE - This place should be rated 0 - the new owners have either gotten rid of everyone or caused them to leave. Virtually no staff from 1 yr ago remains. Literally 2 new Executive directors in 1 month. Lack of food and transportation services. Basic needs for independent living not being met. Garbage laying around for days and no maintenance available. Clearly they are not paying their bills but are quick to always blame the former owners and workers.

My mother has lived there for 2 years and since changing hands for the 3rd time in said years the new company Oasis Living Quarters has come in and destroyed a wonderful environment. They got rid of all the old staff who have established incredible relationships and now how extremely rude employees - Yes, Ed at the front desk! Linda Ramroop who is in charge will not return calls or emails since EVERYONE has lost cable in the building. This company needs to be looked into and immediately!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
