Wow! What a property! Amazing well maintained apartment with kitchenette hot plate utensils and a seven eleven right at the gate and 2 more within 100 mtrs, shacks lined up right across the road at karon beach, big buddha , beach and sea visible from your bed and balcony! They also give beach towels and daily housekeeping! Even an Indian restaurant Kiran at doorstep! Best place to stay at Karon for families as well! Also plenty of pubs for nightlife within 200 mtrs walk , a complete night market at 200 mtrs , a sea food street at 200 mtrs and pharmacies ! You have it all around this place! There just cant be a better location to be in Phuket Karon area! And then above all their lovely gesture from Jamie and housekeeping staff to delight my wife with b'day cake and decor! Can't thank them enough for making it so very special!

Room's were a bit dated. We were on the 14th floor of a 21 floor building views were nice but could not sit out on balcony as the aircon was blowing hot air onto to you from the outside unit. And there was another balcony from the bedroom but could not open the door to sit out there. Unit was large. pool was great. Staff was fantastic. Overall had a great time.

It was our first trip to Phuket, and the Waterfront Suites by Centara was the perfect choice. The service, rooms and hospitality are higher than many other hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. I recommend this hotel to everyone, either single, couples or family. The location is fantastic. 2 mins walk to the beach, and there are excellent restaurants, bars, live music venues, tourism agents, shops, minimarts etc., within 100-300 m. Many thanks to the wonderful staff – Ms Ploy, Mr Duke, Mr Kanun and Mr James- for the kind hospitality and making our trip memorable.

I like this place, the location is just perfect if you would like to chill at Karon Beach, with just a distance of about 250 meters from the beach. The room is very spacious, it is more like a condo style room with a kitchen, fridge, and even a toaster is provided. The swimming pool is quite deep 2.5 to 3 meters if I'm not mistaken. The staff working there including the security are very friendly and helpful. If you are travelling with a big family with 4 and more people in a group this is a good place to stay.Highly recommended.

My friend and I stayed 11 nights here recently. Prior to our arrival, communication with Valerio was excellent and all our questions promptly answered. The apartment we stayed in is on the 19th floor. It was very well equipped, clean and has 2 separate balconies overlooking the ocean. Some of the reviewers here stated the apartment is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. I think they must have been talking about a different beach as the beach here is at the end of the driveway through the apartment gardens. I timed the walk and it is exactly 2 minutes walk to the beachfront. The beach was clean, the water quite warm and deckchairs on the beach free to use. The apartment pool is very well maintained, always clean and kept at the ideal temperature for a swim. There are dozens of restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. During our stay we were well looked after by “Cindy”, a lovely lady who was very helpful and always available. Phuket has changed since my previous visits. Almost all the tourists are Russians, escaping their cold winter and possibly military service. If we return to Phuket we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
