        I had a lovely experience here. However, it would be helpful if the emails I sent regarding some of the channels on DStv not working (particularly sports channels) , would be answered. A R50 per person was charged upon arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of Table Mountain, easy access to the Victoria Wharf Shopping centre and other amenities and markets. I would love to go back.

        the day i checked in , harresment started by the management and the gm. they want clients to change rooms everyday even we had a infant with us. pls avoid this property

        Okay for the price. No generators means power is off 4-8 hours every day. Good service overall but the housekeepers stole an expensive gift from our room while we were checking out. With all the prison-like security systems you'd think you can trust the cleaning staff.

        We got a spacious and beautiful apartment with a view of Table Mountain on one side and a view of the Victoria and Alfred Wharf on the other. The apartment is equipped with all household appliances. The lights and WiFi work even during power outages. The place is clean and well secured. There is even reserved parking. The problem is in maintenance and service: the parents' shower has such a weak water jet that it is literally impossible to shower with it. Was not treated during our stay there (four nights). Two days in a row we came back in the evening and discovered that there were not enough bath towels for everyone. When calling the reception office, the average response time was about two hours. We ran laundry two days before departure (need to find a suitable time between power outages). Then it turned out that the clothes dryer was not working and it was forbidden to hang laundry to dry on the balcony. We got stuck with wet laundry a few hours before checkout. A good word to Bradley from the hotel staff who helped us take the laundry to dry in another apartment and returned it to us on time.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
