        Stayed in the studio apartment at Wazo. Room has a small kitchen with the basics. It was nice to have a frig and microwave (small stovetop is there too). Check in was easy. Room was cleaned daily. There’s a play area and pool on premises. Taxi drivers were usually outside for when I needed to get around city. I would stay again.

        We booked a double room with a double bed, upon arrival (our flight was a late one) they checked us in a room. We went upstairs and realised that the room is a twin room with two single beds. Nobody mentioned anything about the room type change, and notified us that it is a different room type. We went to reception and asked that this is not what we booked and they said that there is no other rooms. So how come you didn’t explain this upon check in? You should have explained and apologise for giving us another room and see if we are fine with it. This is how it works. Anyway, it was a one night only booking. Room looks tired, shower looks tired and not cleaned properly. Location is ok.

        The 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable. This place does not offer breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants within 10 mins drive. The service was a bit lacking because housekeepers did not do our rooms on the first day but tried to make up for it the following days. Parking was included!

        Zero. -haughty reception staff who lacks hospitality training . They use the apart hotel to drive confusion. In fact i was told to go to the apart hotel across the street with same name. Then dragged all my luggage back. Shady practices in my experience. - it sounds like sleeping on a race track. - the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Staff sprayed air fresher which didnt help much. -sliding door does not lock. Locking mechanism broken. Hotel staff didn’t care. Not safe. - shower water lacks pressure and extremely low flow. - the room did not have towels. When asked, 5 minutes turned into hours. -the parking is offsite across the street. -website price indicates tax and fees included. This is a lie. I have emails, receipts, and screenshots to prove it.

        On 24th Dec I checked in at Wazo hotel at about 9pm. However, we were asked to pay tax, which I am aware of. 1. Staff Abdess Amad asked us to pay 400MAD at first, later he changed to 100MAD. That wasted me more than 10min. 2. We checked in, and found it's a single queensize bed, but we booked twin beds. So we went down, he first denied our twin bed request, later he acknowledged and changed for us. 3. We went up, one staff assisted us and opened the room. There were two other guests already in the room! 4. We are so tired, so I asked the staff to help us get a new room card, after waiting for another more than 10min, we checked in again. 5. New room has no water for shower and washing. We went down again. 6. Abdess Amad said a technician will come in 5min. After waiting for more than 5min, it was already 10:02pm, no technician. I was not happy, he then used his fingers pointing at me and shouting at me, said I am impatient. I don't understand why should I be patient for this case? And how he dares to be so rude to me? 7. Finally he said room had water, so we went up. At 10:20pm+, a staff kept knocking my door while I was going to sleep. 8. Next day morning after breakfast, door locked and card not working, so we went down again to get the card reactivated. I will issue police report against this staff in your hotel, and request apology from him and compensation from your hotel.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
