The best hotel! I had a really good time staying here. The room is very comfortable and well equipped. It’s clean, pretty and spacious. Also very good value. Staffs are nice and helpful. It’s also well located. Super recommend.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Although it’s true that it’s very clean, and the staff is very helpful the room itself was very small. Having the toilet and shower( each at the foot of the twin beds) was uncomfortable. Now for parking. There is none. And although having a car in the city was not the best choice it was needed. We parked at least a mile from the hotel for four nights. We had to walk back to the underground parking and discovered that we needed to pay €150. (that’s about $165 ) this is where we were told to park the car. Love your neighbor. On top of that the machine to pay the fee for the car only excepted Portuguese credit cards. If you don’t have a Portuguese credit card, then the only other way you can pay is cash. So now we had to go up the stairs to an ATM in order to get €150. Unfortunately if you don’t know to put the smaller bills in first, then your ticket gets canceled and they return your money with mini mini coins. It was a disaster. Two hours later we finally got our car is may the end of our lovely four day stay through the city of Lisbon on the phone , a horrible ending opinion. Good luck if you have a car and you want to park near this hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel if ever visiting Lisbon. Excellent service and cleanliness. Front desk very helpful and speaks English. Locates not directly in touristy area which is what I was looking for. However the metro is right outside of hotel (less than a minute walk) and can reach tourist centre in 2 stops. You can enjoy some spots only locals would visit in the area. Tram 28 (popular tourist tram) right outside hotel if that's something you are interested in riding.

We stayed 3 nights, the room was clean and modern. Only issue was we had to kept the window open the whole time we were there as the room was very humid and the walls got sweaty, especially the toilet walls ;(. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and cosy. About a good 15 minute walk to restaurants (we had a hard time finding good restaurants near by the hotel) and Chiado and Baxia areas. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

I loooooooved this hotel so much.. I liked the water bottle amongst other things in the room even hand wash , lotion , shower items were a nice brand, L’occitaine. The staff was absolutely amazing and the room was squeaky clean. My room view was a plus. The bath theme was quite unique and just wonderful to experience. I had breakfast at this hotel which was a good selection. Breakfast area was lovely as well. This hotel is centrally located and few steps from the metro and trams. I highly recommend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
