Highly recommend WE HOTEL SYP to those who are looking for a an affordable and clean hotel to stay on Hong Kong Island. The room we had (Triple sharing, with an extra bed) is spacious (for HK standard) and clean. Their team members are very polite, kind and helpful (we liaise with a team member by the name of Patrick). The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but that's ok. There are a lot of bakeries and convenient stores nearby (within walking distance) There's also a McDonalds behind the hotel. (Also, the claypot rice shop in front of McDonald is recommended too) Location is good. Close to the MTR exit (a little distance to walk to get to the tracks). Buses and Ding Ding (Tram) are also very nearby (less than 2 mins by foot) If you are into Murals, there are a few around the corner. Definitely staying here again when I'm back next year.

I really like this hotel and recommend it to others who are looking for a clean, affordable and well located place to stay on HK Island. The staff are all very kind, helpful and available. The room we had was spacious, tidy and well equipped with large windows being a nice feature. Location is optimal for good brunch options on top of the many international restaurants. Train and bus are just around the corner. Overall great 1 week stay and very happy we chose We Hotel :)

What a hotel! They are located pretty close to the MTR, amazing service, very quick to help, they have a fridge (if you're traveling with a toddler/infant) and they also have a common microwave for heating purposes. Enjoyed our stay! The only negative is they didn't serve breakfast (which was not promised or anything, but breakfast would have helped so much time).

Exceptional service considering the price. Cleaned the room everyday and the room was bigger than expected. The location was 10-15 minutes walk from the Central, but still very close to the metro station.

Good location esp. From tram travelling, Room is clean but a/c is not cool even 19 degree, bedsheet is not that clean, having rash in the morning

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
