Great experience- rooms were small and not the cleanest but the commons were absolutely lovely - definitely quiet but the location was great too and you can actually park nearby with no issue.

If there was a negative rating, this hostel will be the one that takes it! Stinky room, no hot water, a fan that makes a lot of noise and attached to a lamp (stupid), broken window, very loud voice at late time. It all make sense since almost all their clients are disrespectful ikhraeli.

Very loud until late in the night, walls are not sound proof. Difficulty in room management. Can't bring food or alcohol from outside. One of the employees doesn't want to refill your bottle of water . Not helpful if you have any questions about Palaya del Carmen. They seem not knowing the city. No curtain in dorms. No safe to put your valuables. Pool is clean, building is beautiful from the inside. Location is good. Good for cheap budget only.

This is my first low review ever. Man, this place is awful. The reviews are good because they offer a discount on good reviews. They gave me the wrong room as per my booking, without any air conditioning, and there's LOUD house music playing at all times that you can hear in your room.... It's a nightmare. There are actual lizards in the room, and the mattress is a gross rubber material. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy, and the price isn't good... When I asked for a refund after my arrival, I was told "no," even though they have me the wrong room. Despite everything wrong with this hostel, the worst part is the fake reviews. Don't believe them!

A nice and beautiful place, but the room service is not the best, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the complex, and the prices of rooms are high, it is better to take a private room in a nearby hotel, probably the price will be much cheaper and the conditions are good..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
