Be careful that the leasing team will rent out your room to another tenant before giving you a chance to renew, and rudely double down when provided with feedback that it wasn’t reasonable for them to do this. It was extremely stressful to be told mere days before I had to move out. Fellow tenants also forced to move out last minute for the same reason. Management needs to address service attitude and training of leasing team. Otherwise a clean, functional co-living space.

Really love my stay here and all the staff that make my life great here. Special thanks to Keith , Cody, May, Alex and Joe, they have been amazing when helping out at the events. Enjoyed some great chats with these guys.

Great accomodations with good value. Excellent location in Sai ying pun easily walkable to city centre and many local and tourist attractions. Community staff were excellent as well, especially Keith, who's always accommodating and very helpful with any problems encountered. Will definitely come back again and recommend it for longer term stays

Totally loving my stay in the weave suites currently! You have your own cozy and clean room which makes you feel at home the second you arrive! You share a super nice kitchen where you can always meet some other open minded people which is super fun! I also really appreciate the help I get from the people working here, they are always very kind and helpful. Joe is always super nice and caring and answers my questions immediately, which is really comforting. Really recommend staying in Weave suites to everybody looking for a comfy, clean and practical home in HK!

A super comfortable stay! The room was new, clean and well-designed, with very large storage space. The communal facilities are also very good, the kitchen, workspaces and gym are so convenient. The regular activities organised also helped me to meet lots of interesting and lovely people, which made my time studying in Hong Kong a lot more enjoyable. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a good place to stay in Hong Kong this time, but I didn't expect to find a place I liked so much here, which totally dispelled my depression. Thank Joe for taking care of my stay from check-in and answering my questions all the time ;)
