Do not stay here. We stayed here in December 2023. I hate writing bad reviews, but I must warn people against this absolutely terrible hotel as I'm still thinking about this over a month later. The mattress on the bed wasn't a mattress at all but a box spring. Seriously. We took the bed apart to investigate, and that's what we found! Four nights of horrible sleep, even with the hotel's remedy of providing three (THREE!) pillow mattress covers. The toiletries in the bathroom included minimal toilet paper (we had to call to the desk TWICE to get more) and a heinous smelling concoction -- all of them the same exact thing -- in each of the four individual bottles of "luxury" hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast was meh, though expansive, but also kind of a rip off -- we had better breakfasts a few doors down, with superior service. The location is terrific for both Kata and Karon beaches, and the staff at the bar were friendly and fun. I also highly recommend the gent who plays guitar at the bar on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. This part of the hotel was great and the only reason it gets more than one star. But if you want the basics of what a hotel should do -- a good night's sleep and a decent shower (with soap) -- skip this place.

Highly recommend! We stayed with our twin 4 year old boys, the room was perfect, spacious, clean and quiet. Staff is phenomenal, everyone smiling and accommodating and wonderful to the kids. The play area is small but actually really great and perfectly positioned by the pool and restaurant. They never needed more than what was available and they had to use their imagination which was amazing to see. Food is good, large variety and kids enjoyed it too. The position of the hotel was perfect for us, in the hub, walking distance to everything yet nice and quiet. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Thank you Wekata Luxury for helping me with my reservation. I appreciate your support. The manager of the hotel was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend to book here, but if you can, book directly through their official website instead of any agencies. Making any changes when an agency is involved can be complicated.

We had a great stay at Wekata Luxury and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a facility with great staff, good value for money and in a well-positioned location. The breakfast has plenty of options, the rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff was welcoming and the rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel has a security deposit policy depending on the period you are visiting, which was communicated shortly after booking the stay and can be honored in any currency. The night markets are nearby the hotel, as well as a 7/11 and plenty of restaurants.

We stayed in the hotels for 5 nights and both me and my partner have mixed feelings. Pros: •Very good location and close to Kata beach which was my favorite one. Many restaurants, bars and other amenities nearby. •Staff was very kind and happy to assist •Spacious rooms (the toilet was not part of the bedroom which we liked) •Nice breakfast with a variety of options Cons: •When we first entered by the room, the floor was not clean; there was beach sand on the floor and the bedsheets did not feel clean. The next morning we asked from the reception desk a thorough clean and thankfully it was sorted out. •The breakfast hall was always cold up to a point where we couldn’t enjoy our meal. •The booking description mentioned that the room included an iron (much needed when traveling) which was not true. We asked for one in the reception desk and never got it. •The flip flops in the room we’re used. For me this is unacceptable since many fungus can be transferred by foot. This is a 4 star hotel; this approach must change 🤷🏽‍♀️. Of course we asked for a new pair and never got it. •There were two TVs in our room; both set up in Russian language. We manage to switch them to English language but there was no connection to wifi 😅. We didn’t ask for assistance on that. •No water pressure at all (at some points the water stopped running) and mixing cold with hot water was sooo frustrating. •And finally, the worst smell on shower products (shampoo and shower gel). 😏😖 Considering the cost of our stay, I would probably not recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
