Think twice before selecting this place. The owner is unapologetically dishonest. I had a room booked for a Friday night in end of May for 46 eur/night. First, she rejected my credit card on a fake pretext that cc details were incorrect (I was paying with this card for other hotels before and after without any issues to this day). Ok, I filled the cc details again. Then, she rejected the card again, after the phone call she said it may be due to her connection and promised to keep the room. Next morning she cancelled my reservation and since the rooms were booked out that day in the city, she put my room on booking for 110 eur/night. Not a bad business plan, right ? Think seriously, what can happen to your belongings in this "hotel", not to mention cancelled reservations.

An amazing place to stay. It's is relatively very economical and extremely clean. The lady running the place is very polite and has all the information you would want of the surroundings. Food is something that's lacking however.

the description was very misleading (no free parking or breakfast),has bed bugs, unsafe area with suspicious people in abandoned car park and not good value for money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
