I stayed 6 nights with a friend, 3 of those night were through the "SM Global Package" so we kindly asked them to stay in the same room for the 3 nights we booked ourselves. Staff is friendly (they helped us book a taxi for the airport) and they speak several languages, we spoke Vietnamese and English with the staff. The fridge in our room didn't work but staff fixed it while we were out of the room. Very close to the metro station for "Higobashi"

Experience in this accomadation was great! The location was decent and easy to find, near train station. The room was clean and it was great. However, we didnt have daily housekeeping due to the amount of days we stayed.

Overall great location but the highlight is the sauna and bathhouse and the breakfast buffet. Every morning the breakfast was really good. Rooms are very well designed especially for families however the rooms could be cleaner. Rooms haven't been dusted in months and the same goes for the floors needing to be vacuumed. If those things are addressed this is definitely 5 stars for the price.
