HIGHLY recommended. We had five ceiling fans replaced, old ones hauled away, a ceiling fan switch replaced, and a rewiring of a very annoying kitchen light switch. Jube and Martin were incredibly kind, communicative, and quick! The scheduling process was easy and also scheduled soon after. We will go to highlights for all of our electrical needs! 5/5!

Outstanding professionalism from the Highlights team! For this client, Highlights needed to go into the ceilings because of the old cloth wire. The knowledge Boz had was unparalleled; it was out with the old & in with the new transformers & LED. I really appreciate that Raul & the guys protected the furniture & artwork. Considering that the glass was 1K a piece, they took all the precautions & I knew we chose the right business. I highly recommend Highlights, best in the city!

I spoke with Boz for the initial consult and not only was he kind and friendly, but also answered all of our questions and provided different quotes for a list of projects in our condo in LP. From this, we were able to prioritize our list by weighing the cost of each project individually - very helpful and honest. The team lead for the installation was named Kaplan. He was outstanding! He was extremely polite, went out of his way to explain the process behind his work, made sure to involve us in every important decision, was thankful and personable, and genuinely cared about his craft and the end result of the project. I saw him lead a team of over 6 guys, and always remained professional as he guided the team through the entire process, from the actual math needed for the measurements to the final execution of attaching the chandelier (with 25-foot drop from the ceiling). Before starting, he covered every surface in the living room and kitchen to avoid a mess of dust and drywall. During the installation, he was focused (and stressed the same caution to his team) on preventing the chandelier from getting scratched - even going as far as re-wrapping the entire thing in bubble wrap. The same goes for the extension rods - he continually reminded his team to be careful not to scratch the brass finish. On the final day, he helped us clean the kitchen counters, moped the floor, and took out all of the trash from the install. Superb, excellent, outstanding and impressive.Thank you, Kaplan!!!

I can confirm all the positive reviews here. They came twice, first to set up the connections, then the painter patched up the ceiling, then they came back to do the actual install. They were super nice, very careful in handling the lights and taking measures and all, and I am very happy with the results!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
