I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite Wellton Riverside hotel and spa, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I entered the lobby, the atmosphere exuded elegance and tranquility. The staff's warm welcome made me feel instantly at home. The rooms are a perfect blend of modern comfort and classic luxury, with attention to every detail. The plush bedding, spacious layout, and thoughtful amenities created a serene haven for relaxation. The hotel's prime location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. In conclusion, this hotel and spa is a gem that truly understands the art of hospitality. Whether you seek a peaceful retreat, a romantic getaway, or a place to conduct business in style, this establishment offers a five-star experience in every aspect. Surely well located. Rooms look comfortable as well. Would be great if staff could give a tiny smile for guest. (Remember: You won't get paid by your Boss, it's me who's paying! ) Important clue: take no breakfast reservation on weekend. Terrible scenes!

Nice place, easy check in/out, spa and treatments were nice. Our riverside room had a nice view, but the glass facade on the building kinda ruins the view. Breakfast was nice but nothing special. However the room service is very underwhelming. The first time we scheduled an order for 17:30 (5:30pm) and it arrived at 16:10 (4:10pm). So don't bother scheduling orders. The second time the fries that came with my burger were cold and barely cooked. They use freezer fries but they don't know how to cook them. Overall a decent experience but there is room for improvement.

The hotel did not live up to its price and expectations. The room was dirty, and the staff seemed indifferent. It's hard for me to comprehend how a disposable e-cigarette in plain sight could go unnoticed during both dry and wet cleaning. As someone who values cleanliness, this was disappointing. Additionally, there was a dirty sheet, as if it had never been washed. This was minor compared to the shocking suggestion from the receptionist: "You can make the bed yourself; I'll give you a sheet." I came to relax, not to make my own bed. The next morning, when we approached the manager, he was a no-show. Instead, a staff member conveyed that he wouldn't come and couldn't resolve the situation. The only positive aspect was the promise from the senior housekeeper to address the issues.

Too much money for poor quality. Rooms are clean but small, water in the shower running through the floor. Service is poor, we were given a wrong room, looks like receptionists does not know what they are doing. Breakfast was supposed to be ok, BUT. Waited 15minutes untill we found a table, too many people, when we finally got to the table. half of the food was finished despite the fact there was still 30 minutes left until the end of the breakfast. Dissapointment.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
