Other than the good location that it is - near 2 train stations, this hotel was so bad. Rarely have people stationed in reception, the 24/7 customer service number takes so long to reply. The rooms do not look as nice as the photos, our room is in the basement and you can hear all the loud noises on the road. Room is extremely tiny and a bit dirty when we got there - floors need to be vacuumed and the shower drain was clogged. They said they will send someone to have a look at it but little to no communication about whether or not they needed us to leave the key in the keybox or not. Said will bring us 2 extra towels and they didn’t - i messaged them about it and they never responded after. Save your money and book else where

I am a low budget traveler and would not recommend this hotel. The staff is hardly reachable and gave check-in info only after persistent phone calling (they do not use email). Windows were broken letting in cold air and lot of noise. During the 4 day stay I could not sleep a single night despite earplugs-rooms are tiny and located next to the very busy road. We had fire alarms repeatedly over 2 nights and on day 3 burglery and police next door. The area is unsafe, with homeless people gathering at the front door. Also, the staff is not willing to store your luggage even for a short time.

Before you book, make sure that you are aware that there are no staff present in a reception area. You are given a code to enter the main door then a code to a key box outside your door. The room was grim. The bed was pulled away from the wall as the air con must drip. The shower plug hole was clogged with god knows what. Location is good, and it was cheaper and available, but I see why now. Glad to have gotten out in one piece.

I regret booking this hotel. Our room was on the ground floor and directly on a main road. The curtains were so thin that it did not block any light and you could literally hear every car that passed (which was frequent). I kept waking up every 5 mins because of the traffic and noise, it honestly felt like the longest night of my life. The room was also really small and thin. At least it was clean and cheap. TLDR: Avoid.

Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days this past weekend. Room was spotless when I walked in. I was very impressed with how clean the bathroom was as well. This was perfect for a solo traveler. Bed. Tv. Outlets. Shower. Toilet. Sink. Didn’t need much else. It is a small room to North American standards, but when you’re on vacation, how much time are you really spending in the room any other other than sleeping or showering. It was a 5 minute walk to Earl’s Court station and around a 20 minute walk to South Kensington Station. There was a couple nice pubs around the corner, less than a 5 minute walk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
