Although the location is quite convenient, this place is totally unfriendly for families. Big red flag 🚩There are escorts in the area openly conducting their business right in front of the hotel. I overheard one saying, "The escort is already in the room, where are you?" even as I was helping my aged grandmother into the hotel. Second red flag 🚩 the bar at the hotel is noisy, so if you're on vacation just using this hotel as a place to come back and sleep, you're not going to get any sleep until 4 am. Major inconvenience 🚩 they are always understaffed and won't check you in until after 60-75 minutes of your arrival, at the very minimum. Don't be fooled by the good reviews and recommendations. This place is as good as its price. The steep discounts are a cover for how shady this hotel is. Last but not least, the food in the hotel is horrible and unpalatable. You can't eat it even if you are dog tired, hungry and desperate.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, there is no bad smell. There are very friendly people at the reception who are ready to help you, answer your questions at any time of the day or night. The man who helped carry the luggage to the room explained everything and was also pleasant to talk to. But especially, a guy named Partha, always helped us, greeted us. He is the nicest staff we met. I hope you do well, buddy.

You should really look into the sound issue... I stayed for 9/10 night on 12th floor and still had clear noises of the club...location is great and has ease of movement for business traveller as well tourists... Would suggest to improve options for vegetarians in breakfast menu...was a great stay although, staffs are great helpful 👍 heard its great value for money but I was there for December so had to pay on little higher side

Hotel was not so bad at all with the convenient location. Just not ideal for more than two night stay. At least the room looks tidy. The arrival experience could have been better though if the receptionists were attentive and welcoming hence we were told right away to sit by the waiting area which took time even though there was no queue at around 6 or 7pm 🤷🏻‍♀️.. I would say it was an okay stay. 🙂

I had spend 6 days at the hotel with my family. Everything was just perfect and specially Partha, the room service guy had done his part very well. Special thanks to him for making up our rooms all day. Would recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
