Cosy small hotel, not too noisy even though it's located on the high road. Friendly staff and fair prices. Will definitely stay again!

The room was great, very quiet. The hotel had an old-style to it, it had a great character. We enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a 24-hour front desk, all the staff are polite and friendly. The lift is super small but this adds to the character. 😊 It's in a great, convenient location, very near to a big Tesco which is just down the road and very near to Earl's Court underground station. And it was a great price for an en-suite room with a bath. Very nice, I will remember our stay at West Cromwell Hotel. Thanks 👍

All family was sick after staying on this hotel. The hotel looks great from the outside, but after staying there for a day they just need to fire the Ladies who clean the rooms. I have never seen so bad cleaning on a hotel like this. First and last trip there Thank god!!!

We found molds, roach trap under the shelves, dead bugs on floor and on bed, there was no space for luggages, we booked a two double bed room for two nights for me, my husband and my two boys, we had a lot of allergic reactions, we chose to leave right away, no refund from hotel, they denied molds or bugs, we paid for two nights through Expedia for about $350, it ruined my whole London trip. We had to look for another hotel to take us in at 2am, we were stranded in another country for 4 hours, we drove for hours to find another hotel in another town that would take us in, we stayed in to sleep for the whole day instead of going into London city for sightseeing. But we did the right thing! Some reviews also mentioned bedbugs, so scary!! Stay away from this hotel if possible.
