Just came back from my Paris trip and this hotel was one of the many highlights. The rooms are nice, service is great, the location is perfect, so close to everything. Besides, the Christmas decorations were really pretty (I’ve seen comments claiming there were none, which is NOT TRUE). We could even see the top of the Eiffel tower from our room! I loved it, and have every intention of staying again at this hotel when I return to Paris!

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It's location is perfect, near everything but still in a very quiet street. Not to mention the Eiffel Tower view from the bedroom's balcony. The staff is really helpful and kind. Stayed there two times and when I come back to Paris, will stay there again. The only downside I would mention is that the cleaning staff don't respect the "Don't disturb" sign. They entered our room twice while the sign was on the door.

The rooms are very untidy, the carpets are not clean and the standard room is very small for two people. Maybe one person could tolerate the size but two people, impossible to stay there comfortably. They do not have a restaurant. It is located close to attractions but the street is not nice. No decoration for Christmas. Fro the price you are paying, I advice to look for other hotels in the area that are priced similarly but offer much more. The receptionists were nice.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Prior to our arrival I had a lot of questions and requests, and the staff always responded very quickly and were always incredibly helpful. We stayed the hotel for a total of 4 days and would definitely come back again when visiting Paris. Very short walking distance to all the luxury shopping boutiques, restaurants, the Crazy Horse, view of Eiffel Tower, and arc de triumphe. Perfect spot. Highly highly recommend.

We had great stays in Hotel West End. The staffs were very friendly and nice. We had room 203, it’s with a beautiful-view balcony which you would see Avenue Montaigne. The neighborhood is quiet and safe at night. Breakfasts could be sent to your room in mornings with a filled list hanging the door before 5 am. Staying in a group hotels may be good, but staying in a boutique hotel like Hotel West End gives you a vibe of having a home away from home.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
