        Not a great experience. Check in time is advertised as 3pm. Came to check in at 3.30pm only to be told the room isn’t ready (had an event to get ready for at 5pm) no phone call ahead of time to advise this. Just told on check in “had a late check out in that room” probably don’t offer late check out if a room is booked straight after. Had to get ready in lobby bathroom due to this. The service was terrible. We were told the room would be ready in an hour and that a text would be sent when ready. No message was sent. We checked after an hour only to be told our room was ready. No idea how long it had been ready for. Only an apology for this. The room is very small. Fine for a nights stay, but you wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The only good thing is it is in a good spot and it is quiet. There are far better hotels in this area. Would not come back and stay here.

        Location is good, few minutes you’d be in the wharf. very close to a lot of pubs too. the room is a bit small and the AC is not that great. so it got a bit stuffy inside. on a positive note, the room is very clean. i don’t particularly like the smell of the complimentary lotion, shampoo and soap. they might want to reconsider the scent. there’s only 2 lifts and one of them isn’t working this weekend so takes a bit of time going up and down.

        Excellent stay here downtown Sydney. Clean updated hotel, with good amenities and the bar/restaurant downstairs was really nice... Loved the ambience with all the plants and such. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful too. Location A+ short walk to everything in CBD Sydney, restaurants, wharfs, etc.

        Gorgeous + stylish inside and out - especially loved the atrium. Personable staff - always greeting with a smile and asking how our day was. The attached restaurant was lovely. Breakfast spread was varied. Dinner selection was delectable. Staff also very friendly and engaging. Our stay felt like a home away from home!

        The room was great, and amenities were great, too. Friendly staff and modern rooms. Small and comfortable. Great bathroom and shower. Perfect pressure. The towels were very crunchy and dry. Not soft at all, and had a bleach smell to them . I didn't wear the robes as they were like sand paper. Definitely need to invest in some new soft ones. The bed was good. Not as comfortable as soft as I would have liked, but that was more of a personal circumstance. The room was cleaned well and very tidy. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Loved the complementary snacks ,coffee , tea, and waters. Would recommend this hotel.
