        Subject: Nightmarish Stay at West Inn Baku: A Tale of Deceit and Harassment To the Management of West Inn Baku, I feel compelled to share the grotesque experience my boyfriend and I endured during our recent stay at your establishment. It is a story of shattered promises, abysmal accommodations, and a level of harassment that defies all reason. Brace yourselves for the brutal truth about the nightmare you've subjected us to. In a tragicomedy of errors, we booked a 7-night stay at your hotel, a decision we now deeply regret. Prior to our arrival, we had direct communication with the so-called general manager, who, in a masterclass of deception, promised us a deluxe room due to the extended duration of our stay. But as they say, the devil is in the details, and our torment began the moment we set foot in your establishment: Falsehood and Broken Promises: Despite my boyfriend's overseas call to the manager to secure our reservation and upgrade, we were greeted with an absurd excuse for a room, which we were told was "temporary" until the following day when we'd be shifted to the deluxe room we were promised. A mirage of comfort in a desert of deceit. Delay Tactics and Disregard: The next day arrived, and with it, our hopes for a better room. But alas, the receptionist informed us, with the casual indifference that seems to be your staff's trademark, that the room shift would be postponed for yet another day. A dagger to our already wounded expectations. The Irony of Downgrade: On the third day, we were herded like cattle to a room that made the previous standard room appear like a paradise. It was a room that scoffed at the notion of "deluxe." The manager, who initially feigned empathy, vanished like smoke in the wind, leaving us to endure the misery of a room worse than any we'd encountered before. Rinse and Repeat: Now, in a cruel twist, we're informed that tomorrow, after three days of upheaval and torment, we might be moved to the elusive "deluxe" room. How many times must we pack and unpack, forced to live out of suitcases due to your staff's incompetence? Institutionalized Neglect: It's evident that West Inn Baku has made an art form out of deception and manipulation. With no website to hold you accountable, you've mastered the art of taking full payment upfront and subjecting guests to a twisted game of room roulette. West Inn Baku's reputation is now forever tainted. We've traveled the world, stayed in renowned cities, but NEVER have we encountered such blatant harassment and disregard for paying customers.         Went there for dinner. Food was good but served without plates and cutlery. We than asked for plates and cutlery and they provided us. Later on woman came with puppy and puppy was coming towards us while we were having dinner. Woman that picked her puppy and said sorry to us. What the hell it is ? Who allowed pets in the hotel ? It’s so disgusting. I wish I can give them 0 star.

        Scam alert! Worst experience of my trip. They are scammers. They ask you to change rooms every alternate day without giving any reasons. One of the mornings the receptionist knocks on my door and ask me to change the room without any reason. This was my third room in the same hotel in the last 5 days. I asked him the reason. He refused to give any explanation. He argued with me with bad words. I told then i want to checkout. They refuse to give me the refund of remaining three days. They kept all my money to themselves. I had to leave the hotel early morning. The receptionist are very rude. They are big time scammers. Never ever stay there

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
