        SCAM!! This place is a scam, do not book. It looks like an hotel but it is not. Self service apartments with no directions and no one answering the phone, I had to find another place. I had the worst checking experience in my whole life: * was surprised there is no reception: this is not mentioned in the presentation of the hotel (pls don’t tell me it was mentioned somewhere nobody read) * need to take a picture and send an email to receive directions (common do you realize how painful this is for someone coming for work with 16 hours of meeting that just want to leave his stuff at the hotel) - not mentioned neither * and finally they are requesting 500€ deposit, seriously do you know any hotel that does that ? - not mentioned in the presentation neither obviously Avoid this place unless you are desperate and willing to spend an hour trying to make it work.

        Steer clear, this company offer poor service, cancel bookings without reference and do not respond to complaints, the apartment manager Rodrigo is appalling, condescending, rude, fails to honour promises and ends calls without cause! In all my years travelling I have never come across such poor service

        SCAM!! This place is a scam, do not book. It looks like an hotel but it is not. Self service apartments with no directions and no one answering the phone, I had to find another place.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
