        Been here around 10 times total. Always had a great experience in the north tower rooms and never understood what the bad reviews were about until I had a room in the central tower. One star lost for each issue below: -Scenic elevator near the parking structure is ALWAYS down for service. Does it ever open?! It’s literally right next to the north parking and super convenient. -Mattress felt as hard as a box spring, super uncomfortable. HORRIBLE. -NO A/C in the room, just a control to a fan that runs room temp air. -Shower head had a super small stream of water. Pressure not an issue but the head just did not expand wide enough. This hotel will nickel and dime you. $45 to check in 2 hours early, $25 a night to transfer from central tower to north tower. I’m surprised they still offer free parking. That will probably go away soon anyway. In regard to cleanliness, it was a very BASIC cleaning. Heavy dust accumulation along all edges of carpet, other people food crumbs found on floor, someone’s watch found beneath bed skirt where it SHOULD have been noticed and heavy dust and trash behind the dresser. What I do like about the hotel: Nice staff, monorail access, end of strip, free parking and the area isn’t as congested as the south or central area of the strip. Won’t be back, sadly.

        We really enjoy the Westgate property. We've never had a "bad" experience with the staff, food, room or entertainment. We can't even complain about the gambling because we always come away as winners. We've been there several times and will return.

        Our rooms were disgusting oil stains on curtains and what looked like dried boogers on our sheets. The first night we had absolutely no water, the other room we got they found make up brushes that were not ours! and razors!!! from the previous people before us. House keeping went into our room and didn’t get the trash by the door and only made our bed didnt change any of the disgusting sheets. We wrote a complaint and did not receive anything like no one cared… We were promised 100$ gift cards for listening to the timeshare which was on a birthday that we were celebrating the whole reason for our trip and it took 4 1/2 hours when we should’ve been celebrating. 12-4:30 pm. and we’re told that they were grabbing our cards and yet we were shown out. I will NEVER stay here again and advise others to not. We got nothing we were promised and no one there cared enough to figure anything out. upon leaving we requested a bell hop cart to help us get our things down to the car, the lady who helped us was not nice at all we asked her to meet us up front so we can pull out money to tip her and she continued saying that we were not going to meet her up front then said happy new years to me in a very rude tone. We all honestly feel as though a half refund or something should’ve been aligned. we were treated horribly.

        The rooms need major upgrades for the modern traveler. For example, there aren't any USB charging ports, not even near the beds. And the electrical outlets aren't in convenient locations; you should pack an extension cord if you choose to stay here. Lighting in the room sucks. I wondered, "How many swinger parties have taken place here?" Why? Because that's the only kind of charge that you might find available. Oh....and there's no table and chair to use as a workspace. And no outlets where there would be for such a workspace.

        My place of employment, in the Facilities Department. Inspect and repair door Locks, making sure all are functioning properly. Keeping this place safe, for everyone. Get to be inside all the different types and models of Guest Rooms, and able to observe first hand how hard the Staff works to make them clean and presentable.
