It's a great place to go and relax. There's a few things for the kids to do if you're bringing them along with you it has an apartment type seal rather than a resort type. Fill just the way it's set up at the moment anyways. Seems like it was an apartment complex they had took over

First off service is low, not because of the staff... They were wonderful. The room was great!!! It was right where I needed to be. The problems there were 2. One when I booked I booked a 1 room suite. It was only me, they gave me a 2 room suite.. way too much for just me.. if I had my daughter and grandkids would have been great... Need to pay a little more attention.. Now this pissed me off. Yes when I reserved the room it's says something to fact that extras are charged at check in, that's great. But you need to disclose what those are. 1 a fifty dollar security deposit?? Yes refundable. You take it in 3 seconds from my account... It should go back that fast and not 5 days. 2 a 16 dollar resort fee? Non refundable.. So you going to charge me to use your resort. 3 than you get the guest to scan the QR code, which charges you another 40 dollars... So that $106.00 in fees. To me that's a scam!!? So needless to say because of you extra fees. I WILL NOT be returning to your resort.

Oh the nightmares of westgate first when we arrived they had cancelled our reservation for no reason. Dirty room with used eyelashes, no hot water, one pan for cooking, chipped dishes, The only thing good was the staff helping us with all the issues and space of the rooms.

We could hear everything our surrounding neighbors were doing. The smaller pool was the closest one to us since we were all the way to the front. It had a bunch of dead bugs and leaves in it most of the days we were there. The jacuzzi was nice though. We got there an hour before check in and the room wasnt ready, which is fine. The shower in the spare bedroom was leaking and spraying water everywhere, the tub didnt drain all the way and the water smelled like sulfur. We had to have them come and fix it. The master shower is a really nice walk in shower but the door to the bathroom was coming off the railing/wall. They always did some kind of loud yard work at 9am every day so no sleeping in here. They also had a bunch of activities during the afternoon though. Overall it wasnt too terrible.

Recently just stayed 2 days here, and it’s absolutely beautiful! We booked a one bedroom but when we got there our room was already upgraded for no cost! We got the 2 bedroom one and it was amazing. Ana was great during our stay! She as well as yasmeria were great with keeping us up to date with activities going on each morning! We will definitely be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
