Wow a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. We had a city view room with balcony which had views of the snow capped mountains in the distance! A 15 minute walk from the airport tram stop or the buses stop along the promenade. The old town and a vast array of restaurants are ten minutes walk down the road. Staff were very friendly and professional and the little bar was great for sitting and watching the sea - the red wine is delicious too. Comfy beds, toiletries provided in the rooms really did make for a great stay.

Nice location and good stay. Big room with excellent view to sea and beach. Air conditioning working well during hot days, excellent. Room cleaning well done. As room had big windows to promenade and beach, some street noise coming in, we slept well, but sensitive person, I suggest to have ear plugs. Small critics; Breakfast, there seem to be quite a lot of young “learning” staff at restaurant and in hotel. Everyone needs to start someday and is understandable, but would like to see some coaching then. Breakfast table cleaning was slow and small other stuff. All hotel, restaurant and bar staff very friendly, polite and smiling, made us feel appreciated.

This hotel was amazing! We reserved a room with a view of the Mediterranean 😍 The personnel at the desk and concierge and bar are so helpful, professional and friendly! They spoke English which was very helpful. The hotel is in the center of everything. Old Town is just a few blocks away. The public beach is across the street. Restaurants and shops are in the same block. Nice is a spectacular city and the Westminster is in the center of it all!

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location and great view from our balcony. Clean rooms, with carpet flooring. 2 elevators. Delicious breakfast, you must get it! It is an event. Great location, able to walk to all the sites and drive to the other cities.

luxury hotel right on the Promenade des Anglais with an unforgettable view of the sea! Fairly modern interior. Friendly and attentive staff. with excellent room service. Very convenient location - 1 minute to the beach, 6 minutes to the center. I'm delighted with our vacation!☀️☀️☀️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
