We used this hotel for a workshop that was very well attended. As I was in Nairobi, I wasn't staying at the hotel, so I was travelling back and forth. I cannot therefore comment on the rooms, although no complaints have been reported about them. The other services were excellent: security, coffee breaks, breakfast, availability and friendliness of the staff. It's excellent value for money.

Strategically located near Wilson airport and other essential facilities. The hotel has one of the best buffet menus in Nairobi. Each delicacy is prepared to perfection and you can be ready to entertain your taste glands.

The place is strategically located for those using private or public transport. The ambience of their lounge is beautiful. Their food is great. Their conference facility and package is very reasonable and they will wow you with variety of food offered.

Had a lovely and wonderful experience at the place. The only downside when I visited was the unprofessional conduct by one of the receptionists. If not for that I would have given 5/5 for service. Very nice hotel and very neat and on point. I can recommend the place to anyone who can afford it without a second thought.

Went for swimming and lunch and I was blown away by the exceptional service, the high standard of cleanliness and maintenance of the place and the welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoyed ourselves. The food was high quality and every single server was kind and diligent. The hotel seemed full but the pool was empty to our delight. Very impressed!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
