Liked this well reviewed hotel but so much is determined in how you are received and this missed a beat. Hotel is good but leaning toward dingy in the common areas. Room is large, bed is great. Rooftop pool is freezing and I’ve been in half a dozen recently. This one is the coldest. Lots of good sun lounging on the top floor. Drinks are 220baht but happy hour helps with that and the bartender up there is enthusiastic. Stayed for a week at about 10,000 baht and spent money in the restaurant and lounge. Was surprised they chased me for one broken glass for 50 baht. On top of the lapses of the cleaning staff and the raggedy towels we ended up with and expensive drinks this was a surprise. Meals in house also pricey. Same can be had nearby starting at 50 baht. Try 4 o’clock steak North about 6-7 minutes walk for some decent grub. Also liked ‘I Do cafe’ for breakfast.

we stayed for two nights here. it was a very very pleasant stay. the staffs are so nice and helpful, breakfast change everyday and they all taste so delicious, the building itself is so charming, room is clean thoroughly, they have shuttle service that will take you to the city center. we really enjoyed our stay here. 😍

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel (10-13 August ) My kids love the rooftop swimming pool. Myself I love the place, the services. The staffs are so kind, polite and helpful. The breakfast was super delicious. I will surely come back here again with no doubt!

If you want to be in the centre of HauHin don't stay here. If you want huge, clean and super comfortable rooms then stay here. Probably the best room in this price band that I've had in Thailand. Great breakfast (fresh choice every day), excellent internet, and excellent service are just more reasons to stay here. I'm not lowering location rating because if you do your homework you know where it is. The staff are lovely, the courtesy bus takes you to town and even took me to the train station and they even stored a bag for me. Can't recommend enough.

Beautifully decorated and large room (for me) with a great helpful staff. The breakfast buffet has Thai and western dishes and is well ventilated. The hotel is about 3 km from the city centre so you need transportation, unless you prefer to rely on Grab or the 15 THB songtheeo service that stops by opposite the hotel. Ann, the hotel manager I met when I checked in, is really dedicated to her customer's wellbeing. I highly recommend this place 🙂

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
