Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel (Ocean premier room). It's surrounded by a lot of restaurants, and a short walk from two grocery stores and two self service laundry places. The rooms were decent - the carpet was a little worn down by time and may have done with a bit more vacuuming before guests checked in (some hair on our room's carpet), but otherwise the shower, beds and other room amenities were all in good working order. The room service/cleaning was fast and efficient. Ten days into our twelve days stay, a bit of hotel repair/construction began two floors beneath us. We asked whether we could switch rooms and the receptionist was pleasantly accommodating, which was surprising since we were soon going to check out. (However, we decided not to change rooms in the end because the construction noise stopped after half a day). Overall a nice place to stay and I would return in the future if visiting Hong Kong.

The hotel is definitely well and strategically located. Wan Chai MTR station is 3 minutes walking distance to the left of hotel on Lockhart Road. SOGO Causeway Bay mall is 19 minutes walking to the left of hotel on Lockhart Road. Lots of pubs and restaurants from the hotel. The hotel lobby is clean, well-maintained with Christmas decorations put up. Swift check-in at the reception. 3 elevators. You need to insert your key card for the elevator to take you to the floor where your room is. Similarly, you need to insert your key card at the door to enter your room. The room and bathroom are clean and well maintained. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but this is the first time I have a room without a wardrobe. It is an open shelf concept. I was traveling alone and booked a Premier Earth Double Room (double bed). The hotel upgraded me to a Premier Earth Family Room. I ended up with a double bed and a single bed. I slept on the single bed. The blackout curtains made the room totally pitch dark for a great sleeping experience. The strong water pressure and nice hot water made showering great. For those arriving from countries where you have a hand-held bidet in your bathroom to wash, there is none in this hotel. The room is also very cold. The air-conditioner is set at 20.5 degrees Centigrade and cannot be adjusted despite pressing the raise temperature button. The room is equipped with an LG wall-mounted TV, a Bar On refrigerator, a Safegear safe, a Kinha electric kettle and a Serve One Cup coffee machine. An ironing board and a Panasonic iron are also provided.

Stayed in this hotel many times but its been refurbed and is now worse. Sky earth rooms have no wardrobe or draws and the desks which were large have been shrunk to a poor size. No bath although it says this on ads. Sink also now in the room instead of bathroom. There are just 5 hangers on a rack and thats it so im here for a week and living out of a suitcase instead of being able to unpack stuff. Tried to upgrade the room but they said it wasnt possible. On the plus side they have kept the tea making facilities and give access to rooftop pool. Overall thouhh all form and no function misses the point of a good hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
