        This hotel has very good view from the balcony. Direct beach access. Last place i visited with direct beach access was my friend house in calangute goa. The rooms are not maintained as they are exposed to salty winds. But who stays in room when u r on holiday. Service is really nice. Food availability is less but again who stays in hotel. You are always on exploring mood. So no complaints. Breakfast is always available. I had my part of fun for 12 hrs in this place. Prices are affordable. If u want hotel for less price this is the best option. It was rainy so missed the sunshine but no regrets.

        Stay away from this place. Rooms are not like in the pictures and they are dirty. The few staff barely speaks English making it hard to communicate and it takes forever to get a hold of them

        A really nice, big and clean room with a big balcony with furniture so you can watch the sunset. Bed was big and comfy. AC perect. Pool is nice and clean right next to the ocean. Many sunbeds. Breakfast and food was marvellous. Staff was kind and helpful but some of them struggeled with their english. No problem thought. A really pricy hotel we booked more days than first.

        Worst hotel I ever stayed. So many to say so lets start with Unclean toilets, soap scum everywhere and toothpaste stains on the sink and glasses. Doors not closing properly, old stinking curtains!! The whole room smells! Airconditoner not cooling and the manager doesnt even want to accept it. No professional staff. Just some young guys wearing shorts and slippers with body odour waiting for to check us in. The same guys also making the food in the restaurant 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 Owners need to wake up!! Dont ruin the sri lankan tourism brand for everyone else. Avoid room number 7 and if you can avoid this entire hotel. You can find better views elsewhere.

        Had a nice Sea view from our balcony. The swimming pool is also decent. Good place for relaxation.

          Booking Policy
