My Girlfriend and I were among the first guests to stay at the White Dream Suites hotel back in Aug 2020 amid the pandemic. When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the personal and professional service from all of the hotel staff, particularly Ellie the site manager - who went above and beyond throughout the trip. We left a backpack full of personal belongings on our transfer bus and she sorted their return, whilst we were able to explore the island. She gave us a very comprehensive and accurate description of the island and helped us plan activities to suit us.The location was great and we hired a scooter to visit other parts of the island. As for the the actual rooms themselves, everything was clean and in pristine condition and the hot tub in the room was fab!!! Honestly couldn't recommend dream suites more!!

Nothing to complain. Very nice Staff, beautiful rooms, nice Indoor Pool (in Appartement), great Location. It was very clean (except For the pool corner, but that's Hard to reach i guess).

Super clean and very well equipped studio. No nice view from the unit but was still nice and cozy. Everyone at the reception was really helpful and kind. They kindly called the boat company on behalf making sure our booking was properly done. Both the vegetarian and the Greek breakfasts were wonderful too! Thank you so much.

Great experience at the White Dream Suites in Fira ! My wife invited me to this hotel for my 40th birthday. She chose this great hotel for this special occasion. When arriving at the hotel, it was all surprise for me: The hotel has only 3 suites. When I entered the suite, I was amazed by the private jacuzzi inside (Hare Suite) ! The team of the hotel is very nice, and especially Ellie who received us warmly, and was always available to answer our questions, often checking if we need something. In brief, I highly recommend this hotel !

Fantastic location that is close to everything. The reception staff and cleaning staff were amazing. So kind and helpful and made our holiday so enjoyable. The rooms are so comfortable and the entire facility is so clean. We would definitely highly recommend staying here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
