Good hotel for a couple nights. Rooms small but adequate. Breakfast adequate (toast, jam, meats and cheese and yogurt, cereal, coffee and tea.) Room cleanliness could be improved ( no soap in shower dispenser, toilet was a little dirty).

The hotel is well located, different transport options to go to the main locations in London. The room was clean but quite oldish. I went with my family and it is a good option that they offer a room for 4 people. Breakfast is ok. It was not specified on the booking that breakfast and check in/check out is in another hotel (not too far actually) but it looks like it is a merge with other hotels so the restaurant gets very crowed in the morning.

The hotel doesn't have a lift and my room was on the third floor. When I turned the fan on in the room dust came gushing out as it was not used or cleaned in ages. The bathroom was tiny and had a horrible scent. Would not recommend unless it is your only and last choice.

Was booked into this hotel for a work trip. Area is nice enough, and convenient for bus and underground links. However, my room was cramped and parts of it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom bin hadn't been emptied after the last guest. There was no check-in desk, instead I had to go around the corner to another hotel owned by the same people to check in. While there was a keycard entry system to the front door and CCTV cameras, this didn't feel very secure and as a result I didn't leave my belongings in my room during my stay. The bedsheets also weren't very comfortable. The best bit, though: if you look at some older reviews, someone a few weeks ago mentioned a dead pigeon in the small central courtyard. Folks, two weeks later, it was still there.

Was booked to stay here, although I had to check in around the corner at a seperate hotel and given a room there. The room is very small and cramped, unclean and just before leaving this review I found a roach in the bed. The check in was terrible and seemed to take forever too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
