        For 1,900 pesos a night, not worth it. It should be 500 pesos a night. The room is very dated. There is no functioning window. TV was broken, lamp was broken, toilet seat was broken. I almost fell inside the toilet so many times because the seat keeps moving to the side. At least the sheets “seemed” clean.

        I can't speak for the dining experience but it must be good given that the chef from Ratatouille was there – Yes, Remy the little guy and it walked with us up the staircase. I took a chance and booked a deluxe room months prior after reading decent reviews despite it being a 2-star hotel. When we arrived, we waited for almost an hour because they couldn't find my reservation. If you have heavy luggages like we did, you're in for a workout as there aren't any elevators and you have to carry them up the stairs. When we got in our room, the first thing I noticed was the odd smell off old furniture. The room had a bed, two mismatched dining chairs against the wall and a television placed on top of a desk. The water in the sink and shower was either ice cold or scalding hot and could not be adjusted. If you need extra beds, you'll find them "stored" in a nook in the hallway, visibly dirty. I payed and booked the room for 3 nights but we were not delighted with the accommodation. We immediately started looking for other hotels to book nearby and decided to leave the following day. They also didn't issue a refund for the remaining two nights. I can't think of a positive experience during my stay – though we had a few laughs of how much of a knightmare it was. If you intend to remain within Intramuros, you're better off staying at the other hotel. It was a little more expensive but worth the dime. I slept soundly without worrying about bedbugs, and they had complimentary Remy-free breakfast.

        Not so much to expect happens that it is in INTRAMUROS so it takes advantage of the tourist attraction. They do not have routine make up for the rooms, we have requested but they do not clean our room instead they always clean the room which i think on the farthest end of the corridor which I observe every time I go back from my appointments it the only rooms they clean. There's a television but the remote only has one battery in it (it needs two batteries) so what is the point of installing it inside the room, they're saying that there is an available hot and cold shower but there is none. The room is unhygienic, they do not have proper service

        To put it simply the room was filthy. We booked a "deluxe room" and what we got was far from it. Very rundown facilities. Shower drain was clogged with gross bathroom water pooling. Rest of the room looked like it hasn't been maintained in years. My advice is book another hotel. Disgusting facilities.

        Location is great, but the service at the restaurant is slow, unfriendly, and there’s a lot of room for improvement. Both ACs are set to 29°C which was too hot and for some reason they couldn’t adjust it. Waiters took so long to bill out our order and were even complaining about it. The banana split we ordered didn’t even have ice cream, and food was so-so. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
