Mr Gan who was on duty was very helpful. The shower tap water pressure was very low. Feedback to him in the morning before I went out to explore the area and he said will get somebody to look into it. The issue was resolved when I come back in the afternoon. Appreciate his prompt f/up to get the low water pressure issue resolved.

Highly recommended and very interesting minimalist hotel with wooden cable reel spools and recycle wooden pallets as tables, chairs and bed frames, nicely crafted steel rod bar as towel and clothing rack, dispenser refillable type liquid bath/shampoo, hot and cold water dispenser available at common area. Very, very mother earth friendly. Free wifi and free parking available. Surrounded by lots of eatery shops, convenience stores, cake bakery shops.

If there is 0 star, I will give 0 star to this hotel. Super bad sounds proof, there is raining at midnight and I get woke up by the rain drop sounds, even budget hotel also don't have this kind of problem. The TV is only for decoration purpose, not functioning at all. The worst is my room door also spoiled, I be locked inside the room !! Really really super bad experience, please don't book this hotel !

Nice, cozy, unique and yes it is a loft hotel. I love their beds and pillows. Fluffy and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Everything is simple yet captivating. Has been listed as one of Trip Advisor most recommended place to stay. Prices are affordable. My room is a family rooms with 2 double beds. But you can choose a bathroom with bathtub as well. Oh ya! You need to bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. Only mineral waters are available.

Not bad for a basic hotel. Price is high for a person who doesnt enjoy the location that much. Plenty of chinese eatery in the vicinity tho. If you drive, ample parking space located nearby. TV works but no channel. A hotel without a tissue takes away a star. And they demand a rm50 deposit, shall we demand a refund for a blue screen tv?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
