The staff is wonderful. Ms. Lindy and Tammy are helpful and attentive in the dining area. This hotel has a great breakfast which is included with our stay. The rooms are roomy and clean. I will be staying here again on my next trip.

The White Lotus still very good after ten years. I had been here in 2013. The spirit of hotel have not changed. We had enjoyed too now. The breakfast was always plentiful and varied, the omelets prepared by Tammy and coffee were excellent. Our room was clean every day, thanks to Viktoria. Philip continuously helped with the delivery of our large packages. And the hotel is still in the heart of city center.

This is one of my favorite hotel. Incredible value. The rooms are nice. We booked 3 rooms including the terrace room. Every single staff is professional and friendly. Front desk staff, Rose, checked us in and doorman, Phillip, helped us with our big luggages. The kitchen staff served delicious breakfast which was free with our stay. Ms. Lindy and Tammy prepared us eggs and many other delicious food. Our housepper, Teresa, kept our room clean each day. The hotel is just a few blocks from Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Plaza. 5 out of 5 Stars

Hotel is at a good location, good value and the staff is super nice. Special shout out to Teresa for keeling my room nice and clean with a great personality! However, I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say that my stay was far from satisfactory. One of the main issues that completely ruined my stay was the hotel's allowance for smoking in their rooms. As a non-smoker, I found this policy to be incredibly distressing and it significantly impacted my overall impression of the hotel. The smell of smoke was so overpowering that it was impossible to escape, breathe even after opening the windows and using air fresheners. It was evident that the hotel did not invest enough effort into maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment for their guests. Furthermore, the hotel's policy of allowing smoking in the rooms showed a lack of consideration for non-smoking guests like myself. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room during the booking process, assuming that a modern hotel would prioritize the comfort and health of all its guests. Unfortunately, my request was completely disregarded, leaving me feeling disrespected and ignored. I will raise this issue with the booking company. In conclusion, my stay at White Lotus Hotel was marred by the hotel's complete disregard for non-smoking guests. Allowing smoking in the rooms resulted in an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience, with the pervasive smell of smoke and the overall lack of cleanliness. I strongly advise non-smokers to avoid this hotel unless they enjoy breathing in second-hand smoke and enduring an unaccommodating environment.

My stay in White Lotus Hotel was so wonderful!!! Delicious breakfast, good location and lovely staff! Especially, Grace Rose is very kind to me! She can speak not only English but also Japanese. That’s amazing. Also, creaning staff Theresa, her work is good. I will come back to this Hotel, Definitely! Thank you for great memories.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
